Absolute efficiency by palette reconstruction: this tool only uses the parts of the texture palette that are being utilized by the objects and compresses them into a single texture palette, unlike other texture atlasing tools. It is not required to fuse all texture palettes into one palette you can divide them into multiple tiny palettes if preferred.Very easy to use, Just mass drag and drop all objects of interest.Able to merge duplicated colors (Optional).Works great with and enhances our Colorize tool (Texture Modifier).Works with both Meshes and skinned Meshes.
Auto assigns created material and texture. Will Reduce Draw calls using Dynamic Batching where applicable.Mass compress many textures Into a single texture.
The only texture Atlasing tool that reduces texture size. This results in massive performance gains! Not the layers that we see in this course. This asset is an all-in-one-Texture Atlasing, Lossless Texture Compression, and Texture Fusion-that is dedicated to working on solid colour palettes. The layers I find are for dirt, rock, moss, snow, sand and one named scree that seems almost identical to rock. What is there does not look as good quality either, So I was not sure if i was still looking at the same pack. But the pack itself inside once installed does not contain then at all it seems. But the problem is that the pack seems to contain all the terrain textures that we see in this project plus more. The link is as follows: Terrain Sample Asset Pack | 3D Landscapes | Unity Asset Store I am trying to download the full free pack to have a few additional terrains to choose form and the actual pack that is used I saw from another post is actually named something different. The terrain assets, from what I understand the assets are free for us to download and use for both this course and our own projects for publishing or personal creation.īut I have a problem.
